He is Goldmedalist in Neurology during his MD at JIPMER. He then added a postdoctoral DM (Nephrology) super specialty degree to his qualifications, through SGPGIMS, Lucknow.

He has a great amount of experience in handling cases of

  • hypertension
  • nephrotic
  • nephritic syndromes
  • acid-base and electrolyte disorders,
  • CAPD
  • transplant patients
  • performing kidney biopsies
  • performing peritoneal catheterization
  • performing hemodialysis vascular access procedures (i.e. femoral and jugular vein catheterization and arterio-venous shunts and fistula)
