At Midland Healthcare, we understand that your family and friends are an integral part of your recovery process. We request all the visitors to please follow these guidelines set for the comfort and well being of our patients as well as their relatives.

  • At the time of admission, attendants and visitors passes are issued to a patient. All visitors and attendants are requested to wear/display these passes while they are in the hospital premises. In case of loss of the pass, you may get in touch with the staff at the Reception Desk.
  • Limit your visitors during the visiting hours.
  • There should be no more than 2 visitors at any one time.
  • Please note that we may restrict visitors according to a patient’s medical condition and/or special needs.
  • Please ensure proper cleanliness and hygiene is maintained in the hospital premises.
  • Sanitize your hands before and after visiting your patient.
  • Children below 12 years of age are prone to catching infections, therefore we discourage them from visiting the patient’s floor.
  • Use of mobile phones is strictly prohibited, especially where the critical medical equipment and patient monitoring systems are in operation.
  • Visitor are requested to adhere to the guidelines communicated by the staff members while visiting the ICU.
  • Make sure you understand and comply with your responsibilities as a visitor, attendant or patient.
