Midland Healthcare & Research Center is seeking an experienced and energetic NABH Quality Manager to join our team who will be responsible for carrying out the NABH Accreditation and Certification.

Job Responsibility

  • Work will include Gap Assessment, Training, Documentation and Audit support Required Candidate profile Should be healthcare professional, with an MHA or equivalent and Clinical background and over 2 years experience in Hospital Quality and NABH Coordination, work and plan independently. Leads and directs all quality management activities for the hospital including patient care and relations, NABH compliance, risk management, and safety and infection control. Develops strategic plans and policies for improved quality throughout the hospital and works with top management to ensure compliance with regulatory agencies.Additional Responsibilities-
    • Experience in NABH Accreditation of at least one hospital – Mandatory.
    • Should have at least 1 to 3 years experience overall out of which at least 2 years in Quality management/ NABH Accreditation.
    • Should have team management experience.
    • Should have experience in managing overall quality processes.
    • Experience in health care is an advantage.
    • This position is responsible for contributing to hospital-wide and departmental quality initiatives. This involves performing the assessment and analysis of operations and processes.
    • To identify the process for improving patient-centric approach at all times by all staff by formulating Safe patient care practices.
    • To undertake quality initiatives, audits, risk management as due in conjunction with the Quality Team.
    • To prepare the Quality Manual for the Hospital in general and various departments in particular and ensure that all policies pertaining to Patient care are adhered to.
    • To prepare the Departmental Manual / update the manual on a periodical interval in collaboration with the concerned departmental heads & with the Top management.
    • To prepare SOP/Process for all Patient care areas and conduct periodical audit to ascertain the SOP’s are followed at all times without any deviation.
    • To support the Medical Medical on all Quality Initiatives.

  • Diagnose and evaluate patients with heart-related conditions

We are looking for ICU Nursing Staff to join our team.

Job Description:

  • Monitor exact, detailed reports and records of the critical ICU patients.
  • Monitor and record symptoms and changes in patients’ conditions and information to the physician.
  • Order, interpret and evaluate diagnostics tests to identify and assess the patient’s condition.
  • Carefully observe and document patient medical information and vital signs.
  • Document patients’ medical histories and assessment findings.
  • Document patients’ treatment plans, interventions, outcomes, or plan revisions.
  • Consult and coordinate with health care team members about whole patient care plans.
  • Modify patient treatment plans as indicated by patient’s response and conditions.
  • Monitor the critical patients for changes in status and indications of conditions such as sepsis or shock and institute appropriate interventions.
  • Administering intravenous fluids and medications as per doctor’s order.
  • Monitor patients’ fluid intake and output to detect emerging problems such as fluid and electrolyte imbalances.
  • Monitor all aspects of patient care, including diet and physical activity.
  • Identify patients who are at risk of complications due to nutritional status.
  • Direct and supervise less-skilled nursing/health care personnel, or supervise a particular unit on one shift to patient’s response and conditions.
  • Treating wounds and providing advanced life support.
  • Assist physicians with procedures such as bronchoscopy, endoscopy, endotracheal intubation, and elective cardioversion.
  • Ensuring that ventilators, monitors, and other types of medical equipment function properly.
  • Ensure that equipment or devices are properly stored after use.
  • Identify malfunctioning equipment or devices.
  • Collaborating with fellow members of the critical care team.
  • Responding to life-saving situations, using nursing standards and protocols for treatment.
  • Critical care nurses may also care for pre-and post-operative patients when those patients require ICU care.
  • Assess patients’ pain levels and sedation requirements.
  • Prioritize nursing care for assigned critically ill patients based on assessment data and identified needs.
  • Acting as a patient advocate.
  • Providing education and support to patient families.

Desired Candidate Profile:

B.Sc. Nursing / GNM / IDCCN with a minimum of 3-5 year of experience.
